The Arcadia is the ultimate system for evacuating casualties from the battlefield. The pack is very low profile and is specifically designed to carry a folding litter (not included). The pack is covered in PALS webbing so medical personnel can add any MOLLE pouches needed for battle field patient care. The pack also has small pouches in the lid, as well as the securing flaps for small items such as surgical gloves, extra tourniquets, and tie down straps for securing litter in vehicles and aircraft. The pack has thin built in shoulder straps making it easier to wear over body armor. Heavy duty loop handles are sewn to the bottom and top so you can secure the pack to vehicles. This is the ideal CASEVAC system for ground combat operations where patients have a high probability of being transported by vehicle and subsequent evacuation by aircraft but cannot be moved from the litter due to time constraints or medical condition.
