WARRANTIES

The majority of product lines we offer are backed with a LIFETIME or LIMITED manufacturer’s warranty. Should the need for repairs occur, the customer has the option to send the product back to the original manufacturer directly or the customer can drop the product off with one of our in-store representatives and we will coordinate with the manufacture to repair and return.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the manufacturer’s warranty details for each product purchased. If there is any uncertainty regarding warranty issues, please call or email us and we will provide the appropriate support.

RETURNS

Refunds - Return requests made within (14) days of receiving the product are eligible for a full refund, minus the shipping costs (charged refunds can only be applied to the credit card used at the point of sale) 

Exchanges and Credits - Return requests made within (30) days are eligible for an exchange or will be issued store credit ONLY.

No returns will be accepted after (30) days of receiving the product. Additionally, no refunds or exchanges will be provided for items that we consider to be used, damaged, or, unsellable.
